Los
Flamingos
The 18-hole, 5.714 meter, par-71 course, designed by the prestigious
couse architect Antonio Garcia Garrido is characterised by its
carefully conserved landscaping, with a large variety of trees
and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The
greens are generously sized whilst its fairways are somewhat
narrower on the front nine, where more precision playing is
required than on the back nine. The bunkers are white marmolina
sand. The fairways are sown with Bermuda, except on certain
holes where grass has been used, whilst the greens and tees
have been sown with Pencross. |

Golf Gardens is less than five minutes' walk from the
front door of the apartment to the club house and restaurant. It
is surrounded by many different types of trees, including fruit
trees such as pear, orange and avocado trees. It has no slopes which
makes it ideal for walking as well as being entertaining for any
golf player. Casares Costa Golf claims that its 7th hole, a par
five, is one of the most difficult on the Costa del Sol. It has
a narrow fairway and 150 metre lake protecting the green, making
this hole a challenge for any player
